These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GrailVault, a trading card collection tracker and financial literacy application ("App") operated by Sam Roberts ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using GrailVault, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use GrailVault. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. GrailVault is not directed at children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will delete their account and data promptly.
GrailVault is an independent application for tracking physical trading card collections, logging trades, and learning financial concepts such as profit and loss, cost basis, and portfolio value. GrailVault is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any trading card manufacturer or publisher. Card pricing data is indicative only and does not constitute financial advice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@grailvault.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

GrailVault includes optional social features that allow users to connect with friends, view shared collections, and propose card trades. These features are structured and do not permit free-text messaging. All social connections are made via invite codes only.
Parent Controls are available within the App, allowing a parent or guardian to review and manage their child's social connections.
GrailVault offers an optional Pro subscription available for purchase through the Apple App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
GrailVault and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sam Roberts and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. All trading card names, images, and associated trademarks referenced within the App belong to their respective owners. GrailVault claims no ownership over any third-party intellectual property.
GrailVault uses third-party services including Firebase (Google), PokéWallet API, and Frankfurter API. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
GrailVault is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. Card valuations are indicative only and do not constitute financial advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sam Roberts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, by in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
